Laborde Marine has taken delivery of their third 280' class DP II supply vessel, the M/V Hilda Lab, from Eastern Shipbuilding Group. The Hilda Lab has joined her sister ships, the Jean Pierre Lab and the Genie Lab, servicing the deepwater sector of the U.S. Gulf of Mexico.

Laborde Marine recently finished installing a DP system and adding a 10' fantail to the stern of the M/V Lady Lab. Kongsberg provided the DP system and the fantail was installed at Seacraft Shipyard. The Lady Lab is now a 175' DP I Fast Supply Vessel (FSV) capable of running 30 knots and has a clear deck measuring 110' x 26'.

Laborde Marine was awarded the contract to operate two newbuild 175' fast supply vessels, the M/V Rig Runner and the M/V Captain Peyton P. These additions bring Laborde's crewboat fleet to 16.
